Welldone to former Cherry Orchard Players Nathan Collins, Kevin oreilly, Sean Mahon, Mark Travers, Tyreke Wilson and Danny Kane, who have helped the Republic of Ireland under 17, under 19 and under 21 teams to achieve impressive result in UEFA qualifying games over the past week.
Danny ( Huddersfield Town ) was first into action, helping the under 21s to draw 0-0 with Azerbaijan on 5th October and then beat Cyprus 4-0 at Waterford RSC four days later to make it 10 points from 12 as they top their group.
Mark ( Weymouth - on loan from Bournemouth ) and Tyreke ( Manchester City ), both played in all three matches as Ireland under 19s drew 0-0 with Azerbaijan and beat Cyprus 5-0 and Serbia 2-1 at Tallaght Stadium to win their qualifying group.
And Nathan ( Stoke City ) captained the Ireland under 17s in the 6-0 win over Azerbaijan - where Sean ( St Patricks Athletic ) came on as a second half substitute - in Bulgaria and in the 3-0 win over Bulgaria on 13th October, as the ream qualified for the Elite qualifying stage with a game to spare.
