A fantastic atmosphere at Cherry Orchard Football club today as the club celebrated its 60 year anniversary in style at Elmdale with special guests, families and friends in attendance.
FAI CEO John Delaney, who was our guest of honour kindly opened our new 3G Astro officially by cutting the black & red ribbon which was witnessed by the large crowd.
Club Chairman Tom Kennedy and Schoolboy chairman Ray OToole also launched a superb A4 book to commemorate the amazing achievements which the club has enjoyed over the last 60 years. The book can be purchased in the clubhouse for €5, well done Tom
We would like to thank John Delaney and all our sponsors and partners for helping us to officially launch our new Elite U14 Football Tournament which will kick off on Friday 25th to Sunday 27th of August 2017 in Elmdale with Cherry Orchard U14s host Newcastle United, Swansea City, Aberdeen, Cliftonville and the Dublin District Schoolboy League Kennedy Cup squad.
